Oh! My! God! This was sooo wonderful! The more yoga I do (and I do a lot), the more interested I get in the somatic way to do yoga. To go deep into both body and mind and don't focus as much on how it should look. Instead focus on the feel!!! Love it!!!

Thank you thank you so much for every somatic video you created it I started today, and I'm planning on continuing to do it for me for my body for my feelings They say the stubborn places to lose weight are usually where trauma is. Hi Brett, Thank you for this practice. I appreciate somatic yoga that gets me in touch with a lot of stuff that is festering and accumulating. Being able to let go without inhibitions is so revealing. I am grateful for all styles of yoga from all KZbin instructors, but some instructors focus more on being pretty and sexy, and you can see right through their approach. But to each, their own. We're all doing the best we can. Well, I wanted to tell you that for me, this is a lot more effective. Real and true.

Interesting!! I’ve been teaching and studying Somatic movement practices for many years but they don’t look anything like this. It’s more like dancing 💃🏻!! Perhaps call it something else, like emotional release with movement or something like that, so it’s not too confusing? Love you regardless ❤
