man i love this song, been listening to it for years. I just started reading the comics and man they really didnt give Sombra his due at all in the show. He's just a 1 dimensional evil pony but in the comics he's alot more complex and very intriguing. He might just be one of the best villains/heros along with discord (who also in the comics is alot more complex) and in the show they just brush him off every time he returns. I guess they just have more of a focus to flush out the characters in the comics because so far Discord and Sombra are amazing characters in them.

GAH Its so hard to be a closet brony when you are trying to sing to this awesome music! I keep telling myself that what is going to make me be open about being a brony is less the show itself but the music this awesome fandom creates! Man, listening to this stuff is...weirdly nostalgic, even if I've never heard it before. MLP has really changed, and not all of them are in good ways. Wish they'd have 'friendship' more like empathy and love in the earlier seasons and not the preachy 'Friendship School' thing it is now. Students are great, the concept isn't. sorry, got off track

Yeah... I came here again to listen this song, one of my favorites. And like you said, such a music fills you with nostalgia. By the way, I kinda lost interest on watching ALL MLP episodes since Princess Twilight and the Friendship School became a thing. Nothing bad with that, but I enjoyed the two first seasons more, and part of season three. However, some episodes after season three were kinda okay for me when I decided to give them a little chance. The show's finale was pretty good, I'm not gonna lie. At least fans got lots of interesting characters throughtout the entire show. :)

I actually dislike Season 8 & 9 the most, specifically for this reason. I don't hate it, I just don't like it. Like, I understand where Twilight is coming from, but the way she easily drags her friends into this is a little selfish and too much. They got their own lives and jobs (like Applejack who runs the farm, Rarity with her boutique, Fluttershy with her animals, etc). The extra mile was unnecessary. I did enjoy the extra worldbuilding though.

This is a really awesome song! (And thank you for thinking I'm cool.) I have to say that I enjoy how the light sound is mixed with such sadness. The words fit so well in every way with such passion lent within the meaning and the additional backdrop of sounds complemented by your own support lyrics. Those notes of, "Oh!" brings out the upbeat, lighter tone, while the, "Celestia don't leave me," returns to the melancholy meaning of the song.
