Some Art therapy | Mandala | Timelapse

People close to me know exactly how much I love Art. If you've followed me long enough on Twitter or Instagram for that matter.
I actually ordered this Mandala Adult Coloring Book and the color pencils for a dear friend but when they were actually delivered I just couldn't help but keep it for myself and just start.
Since then, I make it a point to always take some time off every day after I'm back from work to colour in a little. It is amazing how this calms me down. I never thought colouring again would work like meditation or therapy truly. The process is so soothing and the result is always joyous. I have no map or scheme of colours to put in but whatever goes, the result always looks beautiful to me. Much like our lives, every time we tend to look back, more than often things do fall in place and you are an art in progress. You can always change the scheme of colours, add more glitter and change the theme when you want.
You'd be surprised that this actually costs 1/10th of therapy too btw.
