Nothing better than spending time with great friends - especially during a traumatic time - then spending time with your mum (as mum’s & dad’s totally love you unconditionally) is the best. Autumn is a great time for a slow transition into winter - just what you need ❤. Your bestie is amazing - and believe me great friends are the ‘best’ ❤. Make the most of every day with them. Sadly I have lost 3 great friends of 25, 36 and 44 year friendships in the last 5 years - which has been so hard - and I’m missing them dreadfully - but the amazing memories I have are fabulous - and I have my besties 2 daughters who remind me so much of their mum ♥️. Life is amazing hun and your nana will be looking down knowing your an amazing human and you deserve the best life - so you go out and enjoy every second of it. Remember you NEVER have to explain to any of your followers about your whole life - we slip in for amazing moments - and we all love that - but everyone is entitled to ‘private time’ ❤❤❤❤

It must be a really difficult balance to achieve when your work and private life are closely linked in this way with these vlogs. Ultimately it’s important to prioritise our health and well being in all aspects of our lives - so you are completely right to do that. Nice people on here will understand that - and the not nice and judgemental people on here aren’t worth worrying about to be brutally frank! I like your quote about stormy seas creating able sailors - very true! Nothing is wasted if we learn valuable lessons - it seems hard at the time but in the long run we gain wisdom and also build our sense of compassion and empathy for others when they are struggling. Also I think it’s extremely important for vloggers to share the tough times as well as all the glossy stuff - otherwise vlogs present an idealised picture that just makes other women feel insecure and like they’re the only ones having problems. It’s normal to have ups and downs in life - and sharing that helps everyone feel more connected and supportive. That’s the joy of the sisterhood ! 💗x
