Helo dears... In that 38.64× 10⁸..... consider this as whole..... so if u move only one digit towards left we increase exponential number only by one and here 64 has already taken count with 10⁸ .....That is single number....not 38.64 and 10⁸.... Hope you understand....❤️❤️🙏🏻
