If there's that many people coming it looks an opportunity for someone to make some money with new businesses to earn money and then the town can take in more taxes to pay for policing those areas. I am not from that area so I don't know what is preventing companies to come in and build new piers and restaurants. Looks like the city is missing out on making the town better
