Some Columbia, Pa. History 1970's

This is an 8 MM film taken by Mervin Rupp. I had it professionally digitized to try to get the best quality out of old 8 MM and I added audio. Film contains historical events: Rt. 30 construction, Fires at Shelley's Furniture and Colonial Metals, Parades, and the aftermath of the flood of 1972 caused by Hurricane Agnes. All takes place around the 1970's in Columbia, Pa.
