Ohhh thanks a ton for this. I always preferred how the FO3 models mirror the originals so closely, FO4's weapons take the '50s aesthetic way too literally. That level up menu is GOAT too.

Subway Runner is a mod that links all of the subway stations in Fallout 4. There isn't much to actually do in the tunnels besides killing enemies, but its fun if you want to have the Metro experience.

there’s a load of amazing quest mods on the nexus that i haven’t gotten around to covering yet purely because of all the high quality experiences they provide, and tbh 76 isn’t too bad now, it was terrible at the start however the games in a much better state then it was at launch and easily imo is better than Fallout 4

Well there's the Thuggysmurf mods that basically expand upon Fallout 4 in almost every way imaginable quest-wise, there's the Father companion mod which expands upon what Thuggysmurf didn't already expand upon (plus both are compatible which is nice) there's the F4StoryExpansion mods that add a few different side-quest lines in different places in the Commonwealth (one of them conflicts with the lore added in the Thuggysmurf mods, so that's of note) there's Sim Settlements 2 and it's second chapter (there's also plans for a third chapter, I believe) there's Galac Tec Retribution which adds a Star Wars-inspired faction into Fallout 4 that you can play through the main quest with, there's Fourville which adds a storyline focuses on the yet-to-be-opened Vault 4, there's Nuka-World Reborn which expands upon Nuka-World a lot and makes it so you can play Nuka-World while roleplaying as something OTHER than just a raider/pillager (ALSO compatible with Thuggysmurf's mods, which is ALSO nice) and there's America Rising which adds the Enclave in as a faction with many quests you can do to strengthen them for their planned return. I could go on if you want, but I assume these recommendations could suffice for quite a number of playthroughs lol
