Is the new sensation Sochan kikon(About Us ) Ao ? Is Methanilei Jutakhrie Ao ? Is that one Konyak chokra who sings Hindi song Ao ? etc...etc... Ao's maybe good guitarists but ur statement saying "Ao's are far ahead then the rest when it comes to music" is total ignorance and crap. Those musicians I listed above are the ones who have gone far beyond the local music scene and reached out beyond Nagaland,Northeast and India as well,some are even recognised abroad,and I don't see any Ao in the list above. Ponder deeply and make any statement...The Ao may have the maximum number of people who can handle an instrument or sing,but this doesn't mean they are far ahead then the rest of the Nagas in music,I am sorry to say but there are not many Ao musicians who are renowned. All are extremely skillful guitarists...but they will come into the light of bigger stages if they spend more time on composition rather than gaining more skill. Skill is utterly necessary but it sounds more exotic on a great composition. For example the Moonlight Sonata sounds great on any moderately skilled guitarists who may not play it exactly according to the notations. Respect to all guitarists featured here ....thanx
