Thank you...have stayed in Kuta every time ive been to Bali ,and loved it. The streets you have been driving around are all familiar to me. I was there in March and did notice so many places are closed down ,I presume since COVID. Very sad.. Kuta has a reputation as a party area, but it definitely isn't. Maybe it was years ago, but not anymore. Lots of great restaurants and hotels, very few nightclubs...Legian and Seminyak have more.

Kuta has fade-away unfortunately due to Canggu and after all years I have been to Bali never walk around poppies lane 😱... thanks great video as always

It's more a victim of it's own success & natural disasters + CV19. The bombings, volcanoes, pandemic all stopped tourism long enough only the most wealthy survived & the few who owned their business sites.

Sad to see Poppies 1 so quiet. Stayed at the La Walon for years and years pre covid and the street was bustling.

Poppies 1 has lost 5 bars since Covid....less bars less people....Why they want to include Kuta in the name of the new Hotel is surprising....I know of one hotel in Kuta who says they are in Legian.Thanks for video.

buat wisatawan lokal seperti saya yg sudah berkeluarga dan punya anak kecil/remaja jelas menghindari hotel di poppies, beda jaman masih bujangan yg selalu ke poppies karena cuma numpang tidur aja ngapain bayar hotel mahal. sekarang kalau nginap di kawasan kuta pilih di aekitaran kartika plaza/bakung sari untuk alasan akses mobil yg lebih mudah/lebih lancar.
