The Rudy is from an old Polish WW2 tv series "Four Tankmen and a Dog" (it's on YT). The crew (including the dog) has the names of the character in the series. If you're all about seeing T-34-85's in the field, 4T+D is a good watch.) Game-wise it's the same as a full-up tech T-45-85; for premiums the Rudy is a little faster than the T-34-85M, but the latter has a little more armor.

I think that one of the reasons that winning the rails results in a higher win chance is the tanks that go their. If the heavies win the city they struggle to exploit that win because they are slow and cannot cross the open ground to either of the bases without taking a beating. On the other hand, if the rails are won the, typically medium, tanks can then dominate either of the two bases...

lol no not in this game the team that wins is the teams turn who it is to win no matter where you go or what you do if every shot your team takes bounce or miss or do low damage your going to lose if the team hits 90% and pins 90% your going to win so its 50% out of your hands

There is one Rudy, The tank is unique in that it can be played as both a Polish and a Russian tank, with two crews. During Battlepass it can actually earn 200 points+ double bonus.

Rudy_PL (Poland) and Rudy_USRR are the same tank, once you buy it you own 2 tanks. It's the only tank in game where you can change the nation of the tank and train that nation's medium crews.

Hey Claus - Yup, two enjoyable games with "oldie" tanks; good show! Yes, the tactics are correct, as you stated on both maps, especially the second match. On that second map, the town can become a mouse trap, with the only exit leaving you vulnerable to fire from well-bushed locations.

Claus this exact thing happened to me last night, on my last battle. I wake up this morning, and you featuring the map, and explaining what happens if you don't protect the track side. Well, it happened exactly as you said. I was on the track side, with the arty, and that is it. I did my best, but it wasn't good enough. and YES, we lost. I can post the link, but I will also send it to Claus. Maybe he can show it and explain it better, with a good visual example.

Have you seen any games on the first map where the enemy wins the hill, but all your team just stays out of view range of the hill, just storm heavy tank alley on the opposite side of the map, and wins? Theoretically winning the hill is useless if nobody on the enemy team goes within spotting distance of the hill, and just stays on the other side of the map. You just end up with a pile of tanks on the hill with nothing to shoot at. I think that if your team takes the side of the map with heavy tank alley, you could sneak a tank into the enemy cap behind the rock, and force the enemy off the hill, then pick them off one by one. Has this ever been done?

I ALWAYS take that long route because crossing is a farming paradise for the enemy and if I'm on the other side I'm up there farming those that cross.

The way I see it the second map, and a few others, have the "Hold" flank and the "advance" flank. The city needs to be held, but is the worst choice to attack from after taking as you will be running the guns of TD's all the way to the cap. SO take it, hold it, then if you have enough tanks left move over to the 8/9 line to reinforce the tanks fighting there (especially the faster heavies). This is definitely not unique to this map. I'm sure we've all seen matches where you win the city, push on, and then every single tank that advances dies uselessly to the TD's/ arty (particularly if you don't have a decent spotter left on the city side).... meanwhile the railway flank might be stalled, and with just one or two more tanks coming to help them could win through.... but no, the heavies all die, the enemy TD's that were covering the city either push around or reposition to help the 8/9 line and a winning match gets lost.

Flinching. Just as big a problem in real tanks and guns. Gotta learn to move the trigger finger without moving the rest of the hand. Or, use a different trigger. On the old M60 series if we had a gunner who flinched we'd teach him to use the trigger button on the manual traverse instead of on the 'cadillacs'. One hand to move the gun and the other to fire. Also meant changing ammo type was faster on the old analog computers.

IMHO i think the game was better when premium consumables could only be bought with gold. less of it flying around the battle field made games more challenging. Anything bought with credits is free... just costs time, and lets not forget the boosters. pretty easy to keep a pixel bank roll in this game,

I've played mainly SPGs during beta etc... until they nerf'd 'em. But I have tried each of the other classes of tanks and I still have my T29 and really like the look of this tank. I have thought about trying the game again and if I did, I would definitely be playing this tank. So, nice to see a video featuring it. 👍

I just try to affect the matches positively with whatever role my choice tanks play the best, but when 14 go to the same choke, someone has to keep an eye on the flank. I play all types of tanks, so my first option is always to play the tanks role. In the event of a lemming train, I choose to also keep near the flank side.

I'm trying to double star my T29 and it's damn difficult, in part because the tank's been around for so long that you need exceptional battles to climb up the % ladder. And that's tough because it's very often in T8 and T9 battles and not much can be done as any recent T8 can 2 shot this tank back to the garage while you're forced to use gold to pen their T8 and T9 HVY tanks.

TLDR: I am in complete agreement! Ignore the city, take the rails and/or defend the base. EVERY TIME I go to the rails with a few other people, 10-12 of the enemy come that way, wipe us all out, or almost, and those that live retreat, or try, to the base whilst being shot at. Then the enemy team attacks the base, wipes up/out whomever is left, and/or, caps the base while a few wipe out the rest of the team and once again the match is lost. The city isn't worth taking or defending, on this map it's ALL dependant upon the rails being won IMHO...so I am in complete agreement.

I have the solution for clicking fire and not shaking the mouse. Some tanks have a foot peddle to fire, such as M4A1 Sherman and Hellcat.

Every game i play, on the railroad city map, everyone takes the city except for me and a few others. I dont have any tanks that can side swipe and mostly having american tanks, id take my chances loosing at the railroad.

It's got to be the easiest map to win. Like you say, the east rail side wins at least 80% of the time and loses only because the other side pushes harder on that line. The city is a waste of time, for lazy HVY tankers to ping pong with each other behind solid walls. Like you say, once you control the city you're stuck there, at the mercy of TDs waiting in the A0 corner area. But there's a right and wrong way of taking the rail line. The most powerful position is where that guy went, across the water, against the rail after the bridge. A poke is enough to light up and dmg all enemy tanks in the not so safe depression. Their only option is to retake the spot, but it's difficult because your team can easily kill any tank trying. It's important for your team to rush across the water to dominate that mid map 9/0 lines. Where I see the occasional fail is when mids try to rush the 9 line and get decimated by enemy tds in the bushes at B0. The easiest answer to this is to rush a scout or mid to the other side of the tracks and hide in the bush at E8 (I think). That will light up all their tanks holding the base zone. The same holds true from the other side. The fails I see most often are tanks rushing to sit on their side of the water crossing when they should all be pushing past it and pressure their "safe" depression.

T29 is the second best tech tree tier 7 tank in the game. I dont know what tanks you have but this one plays better than anything else and performs better than the rest. And it has second best tech tree heavy tank on t10. If you dont have it you are missing out.

These bastards have a modified mod for promotions to see they are still in the top ranks, what he shoots is a hit!! if a tank hits him.. then a rebound... I guarantee that you won't have it that way!! and it will be the opposite on mil. % and besides... don't buy premium or premium tanks!!! it's useless anyway, the server determines the damage,,..determines victory and defeat .. If you upload min Damage to the opponent, the server will automatically flip and give Victory/ if High damage to the opponent - it is automatically Defeat.. You have a tank of 8 levels and you are approximately at the bottom of the team or on the bottom team composition, stacked from level 10 = It's automatically a win because you have no chance to shoot down Level 10 that is: min. damage = victory.!!! If you are on the highest rungs in the lineup, e.g. team level 8 to level 6 , Automatically = high damage to the opponent and you automatically = Defeat!! Server. BLOCKS....visibility, enemy detections, opponent damage, you can just do whatever you want :D !! it's wasted money!! You actually have more losses than wins in the game!! Ask yourself another question.. how many times have you recorded what you see here? (it's easy to play if you're an admin with a good game mode!), and this thieving company gives replays like this every day ... they're just lying to you and fooling you it's a great game, waiting for you to adjust the game mode to the minimum so that you can put real money into it!! Also note that they offer only premium or 10 level tanks, where you have huge losses in the game even during premium, especially if you use gold-i (premium cartridges)!!! , for 1 battle minus up to 8-20,000 cash... if not more... wt.

on the T29 I use the 105 with the first T123 turret, it shots faster and has better or the same protection the only difference is sight, but with binos that changes.
