I had a problem of thinking too much. I mull, I dwell, I ruminate, I process things slower than most. So I eliminated things in my life that wasted time, took care of my health, I sleep better, totally changed my diet, exercise, learned how to do things better. I just think more though.

6:15 that actually happened with me once, i was talking to a guy who took math (i took biology) and i told him that the nucleus of a human cell fits 2.2 m of DNA within the space of a few micrometers and he just could'nt accept it, he googled it and the values matched, i felt proud (and sort of relieved that i remembered it correctly because otherwise i would have embaressed myself)

6:41 i think (beware, from this point on, i am going to speculate about concepts i am not formally educated in, i could be wrong, in that case, kindly correct me) that free radicals could be bad for you because they have unpaired valence electrons and no molecule likes that so they find other molecules in your cells and break them into free radicals as well to bond with and stabalise themselves leading to possible deviations from normal metabolic pathways of those molecules which could cause adverse effects, it makes sense why antioxidants protect you from free radicals because they prevent oxidation of these essential (this is a speculation i drew from the name, if i am incorrect, please correct me) so they do not allow the molecule to undergo dissociation into free radicals which can be counted as oxidation i guess cuz each intermediate molecule (aka new free radicals produced from the original molecule due to the action of the free radicals that antioxidants protect you from) has one less electron all of this is speculation and if i am incorrect, please correct me
