The button was behind 3 different posters in the Animation Alley. Once you break the posters and press the buttons, a door in the Atrium Supply (The Room where you first got the Gent Pipe) is now unlocked and can be opened. In that area is an Ink Canister.

I wish some of the content shown looked like that in game. I personally love the style of the butcher gang more in the concept than in the game, same goes with the crawler. The locations shown in the concept are really cool to, I think the map is to small which makes the game a bit to short.
