Jeez why are people coming for you about your preferences and techniques. The whole premise of your channel is "we're not trying to be perfect. We just want to have a good time with our makeup, whatever that means." I sell makeup and while I give suggestions if they are requested, I tell people there are no real rules, that they bring the beauty and we're just shining a spotlight on it. and if they keep gravitating toward something, they should try it, no matter their age or coloring. You and your makeup are always beautiful.

Wow that Givenchy Powder! You were talking about it being green and I could see it even through the camera just smoothing out. Not that I am saying you needed anything smoothed out but sometimes with powder the results do not always come across, at least to me? But that did? Wowzers? Gorgeous! As is the rest of the makeup! I love the GA lumi silk top 3 still YEARS later about ten maybe !! Started tanning and found out I’m now a true neutral shade so need 6.5 when I purchased cool/pink at 5.1 so it’s super ashy and hate sending products back, so now it’s sits and need to purchase another but it’s amazing !!

Luminous Silk is a great workhorse of a foundation. Not perfect for all occasions, but really good most of the time. I've used up two bottles and I don't even wear foundation every day. Oh, did you know Pat McGrath oversaw the creation of it?

I love the Vieve concealer too. I just bought a second shade that is one shade lighter for winter. I think I am going to get the cool toned palette she announced today. If so I can going to get the primer. I tried the skin dew sample and it’s great. So I want to try the primer too I think it’s similar to the skin dew. Glowy primer.

I really want that hourglass palette. I don’t have anything from them, powder wise, except for one blush - which isn’t in these. I’m feeling like this is the time to try it. Trying to decide between the butterfly or the elephant palette. Anyone have an opinion as to whether it is worth getting or not??? Is the bronzer super luminous? I don’t have one like it, but I’m worried it may be too shiny for me, and if I’ll actually use it or not. Thanks in advance if anyone responds. 😘😘

so honestly do you think that for someone who has never tried pat McGrath before, would you recommend the holiday palette or do you think a mother ship palette is better? I have heard someone say that the shimmers are lack luster compared to indie brands shimmers. I know their is no special shades in the holiday palette like their is in the mother ship palette. I want to try a palette so bad from pat McGrath but I want to try her best formula. can you Austinly (honestly) tell me please!?!??

The PMG holiday palettes are amazing but if you’re looking for very specially shades that shift and sparkle id recommended Adept Cosmetics 🖤

I own all 10 of the 10-pan Motherships, and now I also have this year's holiday Mega palette. I consider the Mega palette as a wonderful companion palette to the rest of the Motherships. I wouldn't start with it, but use it to complement other PML color stories. Which Mothership depends on what colors appeal to you. Divine Rose II is my favorite, but I also love the earlier ones. Best formula? Imo, Divine Rose II or Huetopia. ymmv, but I hope that helps!

I had never owned PML palette prior to last year then, i took the plungevand bought the holiday palette even though there are no special shades the fourmula is still very beautiful needless to say here I am 6 PML palettes later, powder, face palettes, i would def reccomend picking up the holiday palette is a great way to try the fourmula and less expensive @Rachael Gahn
