I felt like making laws for how people go in and out of Yokohama, so here you go! Before leaving Yokohama, people are subjected to questioning on how much they know about the cities secrets, and they judge how trustworthy they are. When reentering, they are interviewed again and asked what they told others. Both times, a lie detector is used. If someone goes in and out of Yokohama often, like if their job includes travel (such as transport; whether that be of goods or people) then they can get a special license to go in and out of Yokohama easily. The Port Mafia has acquired many of these licenses, some through their government connections, some through not-so-legal means. There are a few cities like this across the globe (since ability users birth places aren't just restricted to Yokohama, obviously) and ability users and their families are sent there when their abilities are discovered. However, abilities are often dismissed as unusually strong quirks, so many people go their whole lives without knowing they are technically quirkless and have abilities instead. Hope you liked my little ramble, I think it would fit the worldbuilding! Let me know if you can find any loopholes/problems!

The au is not interesting and its copied by other videos, why does the port mafia decide to infiltrate UA ? And just because Chuuya is short, doesnt mean that he don't look like a 22 years old man. Only because hes short ? Really ? You can tell how chuuya grew up. He is more mature... But, I really liked how you didn't mischaratized him !! People tend to make him with "anger issues" and say that hes like bakugo, but NOT AT ALL ! Chuuya do not have anger issues, he is only short-tempered with Dazai because Dazai know how to push his buttons. You did a pretty good work, even if theres way too much time to skip in the video (theres 7 videos where theres the same screen-shot)

Firstly, thank you :) Second, I didn't copy from other videos, I took inspiration, and many of these videos have similar story about chuuya (sometimes Dazai too) infiltrating UA so it's hard to make a completely original story, I'm sorry if it came off as a complete copy of someone else's story as that was not meant Third, the short thing was a joke as I couldn't come up with a reason and I wanted 22 Chuuya and not 16, I should've made that more clear in the video Fourth, I got a bit lazy while making the screenshots for the videos But still, thank you for sharing your thoughts as it can help me improve in the future :)
