Even with people he didn't know that much, he's able to encourage and lift their spirits, also conveying informations about the enemies really well. Kanae's communication skill is out of the roof! My eardrums are totally broken after that ending xD

True haha but it looks like Shibuhal really just wanted to see how Kanae's synergy would work with Qu knowing she's not really a native japanese speaker. He knew what he was doing putting two top damage AND kill leaders in one team. It's still amazing how they communicated + backed up with Tsubaki coach's solid support. I remember when Shibuhal put Tsubaki coach in their team he said 'good luck' to him probably knowing he'll have to keep up with their aggressive play.
