Many people say it's because she didn't get along with the cast (Which I don't believe and I have a lot of evidence backing me up - Let me know if you want the evidence), I am pretty sure she is just introverted! And a lot of the time they record these videos during the show, a lot of people don't notice how we don't see Alex as much either. Both of them are on stage most of the show.
