I tried it a few years ago, not long after it came out, I really liked it! The only problem was that the lightest shade was not yellow enough for me and about 3-4 shades too dark. They have more shades now so I'm tempted to buy it again. The only thing is that apparently it breaks out A LOT of people (it didn't break me out before). My skin has never looked better now I use tretinion and sunscreen every single day so I'm undecided 🤷‍♀️

I’m in Europe, so we might have a slightly different shade range available here. The lightest shades I’ve seen are quite pale, though I haven’t tried them out myself.

Yes, please. I am older and am both losing my lip color and getting very dry lips. Can’t do the mattes, for obvious reasons. Sheer and hydrating are better for people like me. I do not mind reapplying. Keep up the good work. You are a joy. 💕

I enjoy most of what I've tried from Catrice too. However, if "face products are our forte" they need to seriously diversify the shade range! They have 20 shades of beige and 6 deep ones. And in store they never seem to have the darker shades they show online.

You put me onto the Catrice One Drop Concealer, which is my favorite for a quick, basic makeup look where I just blend the concealer in places I need some coverage, and then a quick eye look and a swipe of lip gloss/lipstick. I love it! The shade I bought (01 I think) also matches my skin shade perfectly. I've been looking at Catrice a lot more ever since discovering that product.

Following products have just been discontinued in Germany: the 1 Minute "Face Perfector"-primer, One Drop Coverage Concealer, Slim'matic Camouflage Stick, Under Eye Primer. It doesn't necessarily mean that they'll go away in the US soon. The California in a Box palette was discontinued in Germany years ago and is still sold in the US and in Switzerland, for instance.

I'd have to say I love the smell of bread baking and also fresh laundry. Not sure the later permeates the house, so I guess it is one of my favorite smells when walking the neighborhood. I have a Catrice single blush and no matter what brush I use or different approaches I try, it often applies patchy and then it doesn't even last throughout a calm day. Still on the fence about the under eye primer. I also sometimes use it around my lips and other facial lines.

Thank you for doing a video on Catrice Cosmetics! I've been using this brand for several years now, and their 24 HR HD Liquid Foundation is life, as well as the Glam & Doll mascara in the lavender tube, their Camo Concealer, eyeshadows...!! Why this brand doesn't get more love is beyond me! I don't think they have a product I'm not in love with. The Perfector is great too! It DOES perfect your face! It's not a primer, it's to color correct and even skin tone. I use it over their mattifying primer when I want a quick no-makeup-makeup look, and dash a bit of powder over it. As for the lack of shade range, they do have droppers you can use to lighten or darken the foundation, and they have a decent shade range online. Also, it is a German brand so I'm sure that when they first came out they were marketing to their demographic, before launching overseas. The ULTA stores near me don't carry it anymore, but even when they did there was no room for more than four or five shades, along with all of the other products they carry. There is far more product on their website.

I bought the foundation and got the wrong shade. since we cannot return any makeup right now I have been mixing it with my Nars sheer glow which is a bit dark for me and these make a great combo for my skin tone and they last all day.. great finish :o)

You have got to try their Glam & doll waterproof mascara. I hated waterproof mascaras before, but this one is really easy to remove with oil cleanser and it holds the curl all day long. If I didn't know it was from catrice, I would believe it's YSL or something, it's amazing! I love their nail polish too.

I love the catrice nailpaints. They have a selection of beautiful colors in salmon, orange, purple, wine, grey & shimmery shades as well. Affordable shades for good quality. I always do my manicures at home & catrice and revlon make beautiful, quality shades 👌

Sonia the Gemini I agree! I bought the shimmery glitter shades and they are good! I’d also recommend Essence’s nail polish! The base and TOP coats are soooo good and I love the quick drying gel polish range too, they apply well and dry relatively quick, usually they are complete dried and cured in about an hour and a half for me. Super affordable too

I wonder if the setting powder might be a dupe for the hourglass finishing powder? I am searching for a less expensive dupe. The Hourglass powders are magical. They don't really deposit much pigment...but somehow manage to perfect the skin. These blushes look gorgeous. I'm 47 and visible shimmer or shine van emphasize texture but matte products make my skin look dull and dry. A nice satin finish is my BFF these days, so that blush and powder looks to be right up my alley! Your Mom might want to give these a try.

A perfect palette has a deep smooth silky burgundy. My favorite shade. It’s Sunday and I’m sitting in bed eating Jays hot stuff chips and watching videos.

Such a lovely everyday glam look! Despite investing in the face products, Catrice also has some amazing eyeshadow palettes and bullet lipsticks. Not sure which ones are available in the US, but their limited edition releases feature some great products.

Apparently, the PSL is arriving at Starbucks on Tuesday (the 25th) and that’s giving me joy at a time I need some joy and if that makes me basic, I’m totally ok with it 😆
