"The entire FNAF trilogy"; we're up to 6 or 7 games and an RPG spin-off. The RPG spin-off and game 6 and kind of 7 (arguably, it should count as part of 6 but it is a seperate download; I'd say that there are 7 games but calling it "FNAF 7" is really not correct for reasons I don't want to get into) are free though. The RPG is interesting because it originally cost money, but it wasn't very well-received because it was really weird and didn't explain itself well, so he took it off Steam, gave everyone a refund, and then re-released it on GameJolt of all places later for free; if you go looking for it, you'll find it there and not on Steam. Shout outs to A Desolate Hope, an RPG by the creator of the FNAF "trilogy" that's fairly good, easily his best game (and I like the entire FNAF series, by the way; if you don't count them, this is really his only game worth playing) but also really weird. It's also free now too (it originally cost like 5 bucks). I really wish more people had heard of it, it's so neat and weird.

As someone who is a fan of the game and plays it regularly, I was happy to see this in Johnny's review too. It pisses me off when people say Fortnite is trash, with their only reasoning being to do with the art style/graphics, the fact that it "ripped off" PUBG, "it's for kids", or something along those lines. It's definitely not a perfect game, and it has many flaws - some that can be fixed in a patch and some that would only be fixed by reworking core mechanics - but I have fun with it, it's a fun game to play with friends, and the microtransaction model has to be one of the most consumer-friendly ones I've ever seen.

Mediocre shooting without anything to make it feel special, heavy reliance on luck to win, the fact it turns into a glorified cover-based shooter when players set up their fort... Excellent video, Johnny. I find Fornite to be so baffling. Not because it's hard to play or hard to understand, but the fact that it's popular. After taking the time to try it, I just don't get it. There were never any thrilling moments, even when other players found you it quickly turned into a game of building forts until someone slips up and gets clipped by a sniper rifle, which just feels like a dull "cold war," a long slog. And even if I did like fighting other people and their never-ending walls, I don't get a lot of time to do it because I'm either A.) running to the place where people are at, killing one or two guys I miraculously stumbled across and then continuing on my long travels, or B.) getting shot by someone I never saw coming after minutes of walking and then spending several more minutes getting into a new game, dropping from the bus, and once again starting the long travel back to where the fun is happening in a new match. It was just long periods of nothing occasionally interrupted by killing someone/getting sniped, and then starting it over again. It's like 85% walking and collecting, 15% action. You basically have to spend more time physically looking for the fun instead of actually having fun. And of course, while I don't typically judge things based on their fanbase, it's hard to ignore the the feeling that you're an adult surrounded by 2nd-graders. I feel like a pedophile whenever I'm in the game, surrounded by a bunch of children who follow the words of the almighty Twitch streamers religiously.

I have trouble seeing what kind of mindset I can adopt that would make several minutes of walking more entertaining. I mean, maybe if I liked hitting tress with a pickaxe a little more.

For me the battle royale mode is okay because I like that feeling of survival, especially when you get to the final few players, but the thing that keeps me coming back is the skins, they may be overpriced, but in my opinion they're fun and creative, and I have a lot of fun drawing them out, so it's a fun game for me, but I can understand why many people are turned off by the game.

First off, thank you Johnny for uploading again! You're possibly my favorite youtuber out there, so idk if you'll see this comment but I hope to meet you at a convention or something someday. I'll be honest, for some reason Fortnite's mass popularity hasn't bothered me in the same way Minecraft did back when it came out. That being said, I haven't started playing Fortnite (I've been wanting to!) because I'm focused on other games like Warframe. So while I know it's quick to hop in with the other people who say it's "bad" because it's popular, I will eventually give the game a shot.

Im glad that you gave this a fair review and didnt bash it just because its popular and has a bunch of kids in it. Kids playing a video game is sort of a no duh, but it doesnt ruin my experience. I like this game but i can understand if people have real reasons to dislike it. It is a type of game where you do have to seperate fanbase from the game itself. Like Undertale. Personally i dont really deal with any kids or adults in this game cuz i turn of voice chat and play the game without anyone talking. Anyway, glad you looked at this and got it out of the way.

J Bet tbf. when you play in general a game online with at least some popularity you find terrible people and not terrible people but yeah agreed due to its massive popularity fortnite attracts all kind of people so those are my experiences too from playing the game (meaning that i spoke to annoying assholes and nice people and funny people ect.)
