It's a big misunderstanding you people are having, the incident that is mentioned is not some real but is a part of FF. That was you and your group who had that incident which happened years ago. Read at 22:41 carefully the news telecast paragraph. Sebudagwa literally is starting 2 letters of the cities (Seoul, Busan, Daegu, and Gwaangju), I literally made it on spot while writing 😭. That inspired part is the part of Book which Y/n was writing, the last 2 pages, she was inspired and (not the real writer which is me 💀) Don't end the FF at author's note that author is Y/n in the FF its her note (last 2 pages) in her book, watch till end 😭 Hope this clears the doubt.
