Or were you given a challenge that you would later use to heal parts of yourself that separate you from your higher self? Every single choice you've made has been with guidance from your higher self to teach you the lessons you need for your grand journey. We are nearing the end, and the time to integrate the shadow is at hand. Try this: Next time something makes you react in a negative way, take a second to ask why. What man-made idea is it rooted in? What did someone once tell you long ago that created an illusion in your mind that you now filter your experience through? Your ego filters your experience and what you experience is based on the subconscious programming within. We were taught many things that go against the fundamentals of the universe, and once we discover them, we can change their meaning in our minds and see them differently. Each time you dismantle a construct that creates an untrue bias, you vibrate higher and become closer to your higher self. Lastly, remember the highest vibrations are love and service to others. The "self" is an illusion. We are all one. Do things for the world around you that are based in love for all and the betterment of the collective.
