It's possible if she was hand feeding him, he could miss and strike her hand but even then he might not "bite" as in teeth making contact and breaking skin since his target would have been the food in her hand not her hand.

I also was living in a van with my gf in march 2019 as well. It wasnt the best situation but we had eachother. We also had some attempting to break into the van. Some guy pulled the door but luckily because it was locked he wasnt able to enter in our van. Be safe out there guys there are crazy people out there
