0:06 Starter is damaged/old 0:15 SEVERELY MISTUNED TIMING/TIMING NOT TUNED AT ALL. Alternator Belt Loose. Caution: Engine will suffer catastrophic damage if running while tuning is not done, or it will not start at all. To fix timing you must teardown the engine again to the big cog/gear on the side of the engine, turn until the 2 marks line up.

starter first of all, the valves inside that top part (idk its name lmao) and the altenator belt

You have to replace the starter, adjust the valves and replace the altenator
