I don't expect everyone to be happy for me thinking this was too soon but there's a lot that I kept private for certain reasons. My marriage was done awhile back and no matter how hard we tried to make it work it wasn't meant to be. Long story short: No one cheated!!!! We grew apart. I’ve never seen so many whiny adults in my life. Melissa even commented saying they’re both happy. If THEY can support each other moving on, why can’t all of his FAM? We may see his videos and think we know his life, but in reality we don’t! We have no idea what happened when those cameras were off and why their marriage didn’t succeed, but it’s not up to us to determine when and how he or she moves on. Yeah I could see that too. She went from being a part of it all to not wanting to talk to. Him or be on camera. I blew it off and just thought she was having a bad day or something but looking back, there were signs all over the place. Her staying in bed a lot and Omar trying to overcompensate to the Fam on camera for the changes. I know it takes two. They did try to make it work. Just sorry it didn't. I've been there only without all the publicity. Pray for them both. They are both trying to move on in their own way. I miss seeing Max and Ethan too. it's different for everyone, i was legally divorced by Jan 1996 and i NEVER married again until Feb 2017, even then my first relationship after the divorce wasn't until Dec 1999 though i never married. It affects people differently. I had a bad view of marriage after that divorce as it was very hostile on her end, so i focused on other things and not women, over the years women stepped in and out of my life and each served a purpose, whether it was comradery, companionship or just someone to talk to. But i do admit, even during those moments i remained guarded. To each his/her own.

I'm in the same situation you we're in. Not married but living with baby daddy been like 20 years. My daughter wouldn't be happy seeing us with different people and I don't trust anybody else. Being in a previous abusive relationship has kept me here. I can't move on that ez. I guess you can love but not be in love we do things for our kids. Their happiness means more than ours. I'm not married. Never will be. Unless someone sweeps me of my feet and I'm in love. But I'm too old now but still look young. My daughter is 17 still living with us. I also had 11 strokes and afraid of living alone and no permanent job yet. Guess her happiness means more to me. That makes me happy 😊

If anyone stays together for the children, that is the #1 mistake. While you're unhappy and trying at the end the children are the ones who pays the price. If you move on and you are happy, then your children will be happy not only for you, but the will be happy too. Is hard for the children, but they are very smart an will see how happy mom and dad are and will understand. Omar is a good guy and his ex wife too. They talk to each other with respect and they're kids see that and that's all that matters.

After reading a lot of these comments people seem to imply that a lot of Marco’s “Fams” are being unfair to this new found relationship and should just move on as “Omar” has. Let me point out that a lot of us Fams have watched and supported Omar’s video for a long time and invested our time and emotions into him. We have watched him evolve from prank videos to explorations ones, watched him flip flop on the idea of ending Omargoshtv cause he was not getting the respect he should’ve gotten. Watched his family change and kids grow on his vlog channel. So yes, I will say I am afflicted by this because Omar made his audience feel like his “Fams”. I wish him well but it will take time to get adjusted to this new Omargosh.

We all need a little adjustment time, but from what I see, he is the same Omar only happier. I love Melissa too and would like to follow her again if she has something going. But at the end of the day, it's really just between them and God and it's our job as Fam to support them and love them.💓 Omar has put out some good advice that has helped me and I think a lot of him and Melissa and glad they are staying friends, being there for the kids, and being happy.

He knows his supporters understand and trust that he is still Omar and that he will get back to things. Talk to him personally and ask him about it. He is a good man.
