I agree 100%. I’ve had my most memorable shotguns stolen. I’ve had my father’s and my nicest whitetail antlers ( 5 racks in 150 range) stolen. Thieves are the worst and they are everywhere.

He never comes through will real tangible items. Somebody may send them a check and order a trailer and some decoys but I want God himself to roll up on Minndak and give them these things back and then I’ll be a believer forever. Pray harder.

Sorry to hear this horrible news from Team Minndak...about 10 years ago I went to meet my brother and get our trailer before the opener which was the following day. Got to the lot and it was gone, that's just the sickest feeling ever so I feel your pain. We even had the locks on the wheels that prevent it from being towed but somehow they cut those off and the one on the tongue of the trailer as well...I will say the insurance company (State Farm) was great and helped replace everything including the trailer 6x12 v-nose. We lost about $20k worth of gear in total. Hope things work out for you and justice is served with catching the thieves. Stay positive and hope you get many memorable and rewarding hunts in this year guys to negate this event.

Feel your pain, I once put out three dozen Avery goose shell decoys and a dozen Big Foot full body geese decoys on my families land in SD, and left them there overnight along with my hidden layout blind because I was going to hunt the next morning, and didn’t want to set up again. Everything was gone the next morning. Blew my mind someone was brazen enough to drive out on private property to steal them all. Was a tough but good lesson for me growing up. Hope you get your trailer back brother, I really enjoy your content hope this doesn’t set you back too much.

I had 5 dozen decoys full body Bigfoot shells out a few years ago in a farmer friend of mines field overnight because heck it’s Brookings SD they’ll be ok! Wrong came back in the morning to everyone gone. Sorry to hear of this huge loss guys. Good luck finding them.

John opening day of early goose season here in nys September 1st we had 2 doz Canada silhouettes stolen right out of the back of our truck and there is nothing we could do about I am so sorry that someone had the audacity to steal your decoy trailer and decoys were stolen man I know how it feels I hope you get it back really soon keep us posted

Just a word of warning. Trailer tongue locks are good. But guy's take of your safety chains when parked. Trailers are a hot item, no matter what kind they are. Unfortunately we all learn lessons the hard way. Thumbs up.

Very sorry to hear. Sadly staying vigilant these days is required no matter how we feel. I guarantee you someone thought it was an equipment trailer loaded with valuable tools or something. I’m sure they were quite surprised when they got in. Not that decoys are cheap or not valuable but my guess is they were looking for tools. Much easier to flip. Hope you recoupe your gear

Sorry to see hear this news. If you ever had your things stole, you know the indescribable, awful feeling. Long story short. When I was on orders for Army Reserves (gone for 3 weeks), I had my apt. broken into. Anything and everything of value was stold, including two shotguns, one was from my father, so super sentimental...Hate to say, but the police won't help. Yes, they will take the reports, but that's it. I was lucky, because I scoured all the pawn shops, etc, and one day I came across my baseball cards under a glass display in a collectible store. Told the owner of the shop and that was the way I caught the thieves. I got back about 1/2 of my all my missing stuff...I did get my prized shotgun back, but not the other one. Scour all the craiglist, marketplace etc. ads you can...

Let air outta the tires every time. Pump them back up. Also,,!friend puts a cable through the rims and tires with a lock attached to the chasy of it. He also put extra lock latches on the doors and the tab on trailer has a steel box going around the part that goes to the ball hitch gotta have a welder to move it, you have to open Lock, from the inside.

You should try calling the mn dot office in Detroit lakes and see if they can look at the cameras along highway 10. It’s worth a shot. Hopefully you find it. Keep an eye out on market place from fargo to the city’s.

Insane someone could do this. Seems redundant to comment this given your trailer is stolen. But I invest In Apple Air tags and hide them in all my expensive things- boat, camper, truck even my pop up ice house. Hopefully someone sees this comment and does the same. Although it won’t prevent these things from happening it can help you and the authorities locate the stolen items. I’m very sorry this happened and will Be on the lookout for you!

FYI: I have a close friend in West Fargo who is an electrician. About 3 years ago he filled his van with his tools at 8 AM and went back into his house to get something (5 minutes?). When he came back to his van, all his tools and more were gone. He had a camera on his house and he saw the entire thing transpire. A young girl/woman walking by - followed by a car on the street - peered into his van, and she and the people in the car quickly emptied his van and left. The police told my friend that they knew about this "ethnic" (I will not mention the ethnicity) gang was doing this all over Fargo/West Fargo. I cannot remember if they were caught. A holes. My nephew just got a decent old truck from my brother. He doesn't have a garage. He was coming home from work and he passed the truck on the back of a trailer. He almost blocked the truck and pulled out his handgun but decided not to in case the would shoot him. He drove directly over to the police station and told them which direction they were going. I will bet a large sum of money it will be found/end up in Alabama. They don't issue titles for trailers or boats down here unless the trailer is 2 or more axels. If someone bought it they'd pay cash and never know it was stolen. And they could take it across the US that way so long as they have Bama plates.
