Somerset & Hampshire (21-07-2021)

We start this trip in Somerset, focussing firstly on the Castle HSTs operated by GWR, which at time of filming were predominantly working on the Bristol to Taunton corridor due to engineering works at Bristol Temple Meads. We start at Cogload Junction (near Taunton) and head north via Bridgwater, Highbridge & Burnham, Brent Knoll (near Highbridge) and Worle before we head east to the delightful station of Avoncliff where we have a Class 60 pass through.
We then head across to the tiny station of Dilton Marsh (near Westbury) and then to Fairwood Junction. Our final stop is at the small station of Whitchurch (near Andover).
