If the Cops haven't gone public perhaps its due to the fact that there are investigations on going and making it public would hinder there chances of more arrests. As for the breakdown between NSW and the AFP, perhaps if the AFP stopped making early arrests during investigations so they can big note themselves in front of the camera's, thereby stopping NSW Police from moving up the drug supply chain, the relationship may improve.
