Hello again Alba. They do spend a lot of time in my garden, which is fine as long as there are no cats or sparrowhawks around. As you can see, my back garden is quite small, and just on the other side of the rear fence are lots of tall trees which restrict the amount of sunlight I get. These trees probably also house nests of woodpigeons and squirrels. I quite like the woodpigeons, as long as they don't make too much of a mess, but I don't like the grey squirrels because they can damage the plants, they destroyed my giant sunflowers 3 years ago (and I'm not going to try to grow sunflowers again because it was too stressful), and they can be dangerous and aggressive with a very nasty bite. The only squirrels I like are the red squirrels, which are much smaller but which are almost extinct in most of this country because of the spread of the grey squirrels.

​@@MikeM14-40 Hello Mike, how's it going? Could you sleep and rest, after busy days? I don't know your habits or tastes, but if I may suggest you could have a cup of chamomile or valerian in the evening, not a cup of tea (as you Brits usually have). Sorry my intrusion, as I sleep little i drink chamomile!🤭 Good night😴

@@AlbaAlba-fg2io Hello Alba, I'm gradually catching up with some sleep, but always I have more to do than there are hours in the day to do it! Thanks for the advice about the drinks - I will have to look out for them. My problem is I drink too much coffee, which probably doesn't help with sleeping! The weather this week is forecast not to be good - cold, snow and ice, which makes things treacherous for walking around - slippery ice and wet leaves which don't get cleared up, and this also means no work in the garden. I see that there are some good new videos from this last weekend - from "Mr Baton" and from "Military Bands Everywhere".

@MikeM14-40 Good afternoon Mike. I just read your news, surely too much coffee doesn't help you, no more than two little cups a day (1 in the morning- 1 after lunch), but not in the evening! Just start drinking chamomile, if possible ask your pharmacist for "pure melatonin drops" to take in the evening before sleeping. It will help you much. Is the weather so bad there? Snow?? Ice?? OMG!☃️☃️ There are so many videos, about Remembrance everywhere and Lord Major's Shaw. The best from Mr.Baton, MBE, TKGC & AFV. I think there will be soon Xmas events, concerts. Take care, stay safe!!
