Congratulations! That was really exciting news and it would be awesome if it goes where we hope. Even us no-hopers when it comes to doing real science are in genuine awe of the experiment, let alone the recent result. I know it's going to take a long time before the next steps are made, but I won't be losing interest. I hope you are totally successful and maybe even moreso, that you continue to love what you're doing. My eldest is a medical biochemist who made his own breakthrough before he got his PhD. He was invited to take part in another uni's work because another one of his areas of expertise (by that time he'd already made his biological breakthrough. Won him a major grant to go to conferences globally but only ended up with having 6 weeks left to travel in. Still, he made it to New Zealand!) is infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy (I think those words are in the right order! It's been some time since my own weak studies in astrophysics). What he didn't know was that the paper ended up in Nature. He'd actually proven part of the other uni's work to be wrong, and felt pretty rotten about it lol. Anyway, I can make a rough guess at your levels of excitement! I'm so happy for you and hope you will continue with great personal as well as group success!

Hey KC, I'm hoping you can tell me if I've lost my mind. I think I've read most of the academic feminist work you've cited in the past, as well as a few others over the years. I believe patriarchy is identical in concept to the "Four Olds" from Maoism. I'm so sure of this that I think I may have gone nuts because I'm pretty sure I didn't hear it anywhere and I don't know how everyone could have possibly failed to notice that. Hi Crocoduck I immediately suscribed to all 4 channels. I am thirsty for content. KZbins algorithm is now completely inable to provide me with content I would want to watch even if I search for it actively. This seems to be partly the answer to the dreaded "alt-right-pipeline" and the 2015 Trump election, partly the tendency to abandon search- and special-interest-related view suggestions, which are replaced by a milktoast suggestions only sytem that barely or rather rarely fits my interests. It's kind of sad.

Found some of your stuff to be interesting... but I don't have time for it. 16 min is probably the most I can spent before having to go back underground. So in short: Do you support the political and ideological non sense that is slowly eating away at the more important hard(er) sciences like biology (gender ideology) or climate physics (climate change)? And the DEI stuff...
