Could have been an allergic reaction to something at the Groomer. Our dog Daisy has skin allergies and we get shots during the summer...she is allergic to grass chemicals...but at the Groomer we ask they not spray any perfumey stuff on her and we always get her an oatmeal bath. Burt's Bees makes dog shampoo that is amazing.

Hi Webster family. This looks like it is such a beautiful place to be and have a family day. Do you ever have to be alerted or worry about sharks in the different bodies of water in Florida? I think that scares me. Never been to Florida but I thought they are like in all water areAs. The kids play so well with their toys and embrace the places that they go to. Also wanted to say that both you and John do a great job of devoting time to each child in separate times. And John just has that fatherly glow so to say since Rhett arrived. Little family complete and now has beautiful daughters and now a handsome son. Rhett looks so much Ike John and I think Allie does too.Alyssa you make motherhood look seamless. Poor Mia. My dog was a total trash dog, so annoying. Bought an automatic trash can at Walmart. It's battery operated lid. My stress level came down so much knowing she couldn't get into the trash anymore. Good luck! You're doing great!

Our family loved AWANA….. But our kids are all grown now. Hubs worked in AWANA for 25 years….part of that as Commander…I worked in it a few years, but was pretty busy with our little ones. It is wonderful to see that it is still going! 💕

The family day of water was beautiful area and looked like fun. Rhett is getting so big and he looks just like John. AWANA is so good for kids, l loved it when my kids were little. Thanks for sharing about your hands. I have that happen to me periodically. Never went to the doctor about it because well I dont dont know why😂. I do hate doing dishes, maybe now I know the reason why, Mom Hands. I am so glad your getting better with it. Oh my goodness Mia, I felt so bad for her and you not really knowing what happened that just makes it scary. And vet bills are no joke. I know I had my goldendoodle puppy swallow a squeaker out of a toy that my other dog chewed open. And that was 500 off the top of her regular vet visit that was scheduled the same week. 😢 So glad she is doing better.

Alyssa- I had the same thing with my thumb. It was a fungal infection…I was told to put fungal cream on it..Athlete foot’s cream. I forget now what the fungal was.

Thumb, hands is allergies. Happened to me at the change of the seasons, esp summer to fall. I've finally grown out of it, but I have peeling at the skin/nail under the thumb in the fall. As a child the tips of my fingers would peel, and end up raw. The pads of my fingers would even bubble like blisters. 😝

Mia is adorable and well loved and taken care of. If she is always pawing at her eyes; you might want to consider her diet? She could be having an allergic reaction to grain, soy, corn, common protein source, additives? My holistic vet said MOST dog/cat allergies are from their diet and that MOST traditional vets miss it by just treating the symptom. Also, contact dermatitis will continue to come back if we don’t get to the root cause. It is often related to our microbiome and our diet too. What we put in our bodies or don’t is SO important! All the best to you!

Wow never knew it had a name but I too have that problem with my hands a few times a year. It is so painful you’re so right! After trying several lotions the only ones that gave me the most relief was made from Emu oil. Which i don’t find often. I’m sure I could order some more but with the business of life I just don’t think about it. Lol. So when I have found some it’s been on the counters of our local small town drug store. Yes gloves do help. Great you were able to find help for it. Hope the pup is better. ❤❤❤

Wooden trash can with a lid is what I use to keep my dogs out (55lbs+) it's not as easy to tip over. Just something to consider. 😊

Thank you God bless you and I'll pray for you and the dog just remember that these trials that seem so big a really small compared to the glory this coming for us that love the Lord plus there's another thing and I am 67 and I have raised 4 kids I do get it but there's also this that whatever you're going through and I'm going through some things myself health crisis and money crisis and being alone and by myself it's me and Jesus nobody else even though I have four grown kids I never see him I never see my grandkids I miss them but there's nothing I can do about it but I'm not whining or crying about it I'm just explaining but no man what trials were going through I tell myself and I'm reminded by the holy Spirit every day it's temporary it's temporary the things of the Lord the things that count the most the love and the love we have for one another cuz God is love God each other experiences we have that forever and we get to go home and be with and he's going to call Forest real soon so it's all goodI hope you take a deep breath and think of these things and keep your eyes on Jesus it'll make it so much easier and before you know it he'll get you from a-z and you think wow how do I get there so fast and it's Jesus how do I know? Where are you just recently taking an antibiotic? When I take antibiotics, it is an allergic reaction. The skin peels off. It feels like burns and the nails come off and sometimes I will get thrush in the mouth because of it.
