You can definitely see she is a little lame. You can see some head throwing starting to come out. I would call the vet but also the ferrier because she might need horseshoes or padding on her feet. She also might have an abscess or something stuck in her foot.

Another thing you can try for the swelling is hose the swollen area down with cold water. Was she shoed recently? Could be a shoeing infection or she could’ve stepped on something just right and got an abscess
