Darkness3256 this is my opinion, does he talk to girls as in friends or is he a huge flirt? because if he's a player u have 2 b cautious, most flirty guys goes for something they can't have, but if he's not a player then, just try talking to him, and start of conversation AND PLZ DON'T FREAK OUT.lol pretend like he's just one of ur regular friends, just get 2 know him u 2 might have a lot in common.
