It is neat making Omega the oldest member of the cast also seemed to confirm Omega's not Flicky powered, unlike the rest of the E-series, since it seems that his storage cavity here would have held an animal in the previous models. And uhhh, birds don't normally live that long.

You are correct he is not Flicky powered, his power source is a crystal matrix that obtains energy from motion.
