Outstanding video Carlos! I know youre not a big fan of south beach but La Parilla Libertad (somewhere on Washington around 12th or so) is an Argentinian style grill and its honestly the best grilled food ive ever eaten in my life. Its unbelievably tender and flavorful...everything, the steaks, the chicken, the sausages. every time im down there i hit that place up.

Great video, I have never tried the lamb in South America, but the best is in the Middle East. The lamb in the USA is super gamy and it has a bitter taste compared to any lamb I've tried in the middle east. I wonder if you experienced the same. Cheers
