The Dubai real estate market is on another level! Today we dive into some of the craziest Dubai real estate stories that have come up over the last couple of weeks. There is a $136 million penthouse that just sold that is not even built yet. There is another penthouse that is bigger than any regular mega mansion at 77,000 square feet. The longest cantilever in the world is almost finished being build. Celebrities are buying luxury real estate out there. Today we cover it all.

The property next door to the raffles is the kempinki hotel. They are very similar because the raffles was going to be called emerald palace kempinki, a time share addition to the neighbor resort. I believe they decided last minute to change plans and it became the raffles from singapore.

I agree with you 100% on the climate. It's like paradise valley AZ, but somehow humid in addition to 110. I don't care how big a house is it is not healthy to lock yourself indoors for 6 months straight. Especially when you can afford to leave

A 225% increase would mean that $1mn house is now worth $3.25mn, not $2.25mn. Also worth noting, it’s not the heat that’s bad, it’s the humidity!! That 100 degree heat can routinely feel like 125+ degrees. People tend to relocate during the summer months.

Dubai actually doesn’t have oil, people keep saying it’s the oil money. It’s NOT !! Dubai have a beach vibe, plus it’s a business hub. The government there are pro-business and entrepreneurs. Dubai location (pretty much in the center of the world) means it’s easy to travel to. Extremely safe country, you’re never worried about your kids even if they’re out till midnight anywhere. People are extremely friendly and nice. As a foreigner myself living there you’ve got everything that any person would wish for in a City. So millionaires and billionaires from Africa, Asia and Europe would rather live there with their family (ohh and I’d forgot about great schools).

If done, this Penthouse will sell way beyond 200 mill No way this will sell for the price said. Every billionaire in the World will be looking at this, and the price will escalate. You have these prices in NYC, Dubai will never taught itself as NYC, it's a destination of it's own. Watch and see.

The One in Bel air will attract property taxes each year in the millions.. The Dubai penthouse, no tax. Living in LA will attract 50% income tax for UHNW individuals, Dubai, no tax... Get the picture?

The Zabeel with the cantaliver bridge is already built and completed back in 2021. I'm not sure where you're getting the information from that it is under construction.

Forgive my math it’s early. But if you had 1 million and it went up by 225% wouldn’t that be 3.25 million?? Not 2.25 million. Its value has GAINED 2.25 million. Which makes that stat even crazier!! Love the vids 👌

I used to live and travel often to this part of the world. These people are always trying to show the world how competent they are. They have insecurity. They think so many can’t believe that they too can do amazing things. So they do it to try and show that they can. When they do it is usually at the extremes. Over the top. To try and really prove it. Just like this. In this video.

The people of Dubai have money up the wazoo lol. I think they are richer than US and European billionaires because their wealth is liquid based on the oil trade, not paper stock market wealth. I suspect the royal family of Dubai and Saudi are probably of banking blood (code word) because the elite of the world allowed them to amassed so much wealth. I like the shell building and I like the last building penthouse. I am not going to buy a $130 million penthouse in a hotel. I dont want a bunch of strangers staying in the same building I am staying. I want an exclusive building with long time living rich people in it
