What if the offline system update is gray and you can’t click on it

It's most likely the format of the USB you are using. You could watch the video I made on fixing errors during the installation.

Yes. After setting it up, the USB drive can simply be unplugged.

So, i did everything right and i get the E102 first like it does on your system, but it says when I do the offline system update. it says, "Something went wrong E101." I'm using a 68GB flash drive i changed the format to NTFS and i also eject it properly too. how do i fix it?

@@aoeaster everytime i turn on the xbox it goes to troubleshoot screen and shows error code e102 and i try to offline update and that says e101

@@user-on3fg6ke7li just had to do it today and it’s finishing up the restart/update so i think it worked

@@user-on3fg6ke7ljust make sure you switch your hard drive to nfts cause i forgot and did it twice with the drive in the wrong format
