I'm gonna comment before you even start the music, cos I know it's gonna be good anyway. What I'm interested in, is if you're still mixing some training with music production (beats hard.. 🔥😅), but yeah.. when I make beats in the morning it's usually during a workout. I take long rests between each set (longer than most) but the physical health really pushes negative thoughts away, and I feel more creative with the additional blood circulation. I live at the Nürburgring racetrack in Germany and I make it practise to walk every day, especially before going on track. Physical health is important, and if you're continuing it maybe do a video on push-ups and push-up techniques! It could be good for you and others watching. If you ever wanna to really fast on track, fly over and i'll take you for a lap, no charge 💪🏽🏁 Keep these videos coming. I want an RAT gaming mouse for beat making.. does anyone have other good looking alternatives? must be bluetooth my setup is wireless
