I just love Pebbles. I adopted all my birds and it has changed my life. I have so much respect for you and all you do to bring awareness on adopting instead of shopping. Birds are so appreciative when they are adopted. It is like us winning the lottery! I miss my Double yellow head Tequila.....she was a rescue and after a couple of years she was the best bird on the planet. Thank you again for all you do for birds.

Gerry Brooks if you go back to when vids about Pebbles went up on the prior channel you can see she was so abused she was really scary. I think it took a lot of patience and work for Kelly - everyday, hours a day i would guess. It seemed like Pebbles had been too long neglected. I truly believe Kelly's astonishing work ranks with the best. You can find YT channels where parents are filming their kids screaming at their 'pet' Cockatoo and behave as tho it is cute that the bird imitates it. All i can think of, is that bird may likely live longer than that little girl; longer than her parents. Just when they tire of a bird they taught to scream will arrive on day, and the bird may pass quickly into the hands of an unexperienced owner who then discovers the bird's awful behaviors and the chain of cruelty is set until and unless they are rescued. Pebbles is amazing- she has responded to kindness, has a sense of humor and mischief, loves to sing, and does her own storytime. Best of all, she now talks TO kelly instead of at him.

@@dakotablue52 I saw the video of pebble's story and kelly never says that she was abused...he actually says they dont know much about her story except she lived with a teenager who she learned the curse words from and for 8 years with a family that owned a petting zoo. I want to be positive and I l like to think she wasn't abused.

I'm older and am technologically challenged so I have no idea how to set up a Go Fund Me, but I would love to give something to help Kelly, Pebbles, and Newman out. I'm sure I wasn't the only one who noticed Kelly appears to have experienced some rough patches in the last year or so. Bad breakup? Job loss? Depression? It's not my place to even bring it up, but I've felt like part of the flock for some time and I hate it that he seems different. I'm glad he has Pebbles and Newman, but I wonder what happened to Jo-Jo, etc. I also know, being alone except for my fur companions, that there is still a lot of love in his home. I don't want Kelly to lose the birds because of health problems. We need all the family to be healthy and happy. Kelly is young, nice looking, and has such a good heart I really hope he finds someone who appreciates him. I'd just like it if Ms Pebbles' fans could help get him back on his feet. It's obvious Kelly won't ask for help, but I don't know how to approach this. I'm on a fixed income so I can't do a lot, but with a Go Fund Me maybe fans could each give $5-$10, the price of a fast food meal or fancy coffee, to be sure things get better. I'd love to see Pebbles have a nice porch like she used to have. I have no idea how to proceed. Do you?

We taught our parakeet to only poop in or on her cage. (Took months to do) her door is always open so she flies in or on the cage and poops. It is awesome.

grammy beatrice I agree with you. I feel maybe in her past one of the owners had a dog or dogs and maybe one of them got hurt or possibly owner wasn't too nice and could have been abusive. Pebble makes the sound of a smaller dog that's getting hurt or is hurt. It HURTS MY SOUL to even think of ANY ANIMAL being ABUSED! When I see or hear of animal abuse I get extremely upset as it brings out the WORST in me! The LAWS need to be extremely harsh for animal abuse of any kind because if the idiot gets off light for abusing an animal he WILL CONTINUE and eventually IT LEADS ABUSE OF A CHILD!
