1939 was the year this song was written. Used in the movie ‘The Wizard Of Oz’ and then re-recorded by the wonderful Eva Cassidy on her ‘Songbird’ album. This is a song that you can do a lot with. I’m playing it in the key of C - and I take it up and down numerous times. I’m not using any sheet music, just what’s in my head - and doing with it what I want. I hope you like this version.
