Am residing at Ntlaza Location under Ngqeleni is 45 kilometers to Mthatha next to St Barnabas Hospital we are still having loads heading on alternate days from 5-7 pm and 5-7 am is affecting certain communities and the hospital next to us is suffering because at times they lack diesel and that has negative impact to quality services to our patients pls intervine.
