I’m listening Tibetan songs very often. I cannot understand the lyrics but I’m enjoying the music a lot. I’m impressed by Tibetan songs after my first visit of Upper Mustang in 2010.

Who cares whether Anu is Kham or Amdo. Important is they are Tibetan who is creating amazing music with themes of Tibetan Buddhist culture and pride. Though to be exact, they are from Kyikido in Tibetan or Yushu in Chinese (btw where the major Earthquake happened a few years ago), which was part of traditional Kham and now it's part of Qinghai or Amdo, so you could say people their are both Kham/Amdo, and they can speak both Kham and Amdo dialects which is very difficult. So yes Tibetan with Amdo, Kham regional background is correct.

"Tata"Tibetan song is actually a Tibetan version of one of the American afro English song. And the monk who played a roll of young Dalai lama in Seven years in Tibet is Bhutanese actor. His name is Jamyang Jamtsho Wangchuk. Lastly Sonam Topden also did a reprise of Bhutanese song called Choe dang pa by late singer who's name is also Sonam Tobden. 🇧🇹🇧🇹🇧🇹
