Plz an episod on our traditional foods with some old peoples...local old people has a great traditional knowledge which are not found in todays modern education or books. Plz have an topic on what old people eat at breakfast, lunch, dinner, , source of foods, tea, salt. Wether home grown or from were it brought. .......what kind of food give to young born baby, what kind of traditional food given to pregnant lady ....what natural remedies to treat diseases, tooth health etc...... Bring local old peoples as resources persons they are the gems, oceans of traditional knowledge which will extinct forever when they left ....and such knowledge are hard to find.
