Yes true. But that is what she faced in reality. It is a lesson we all should learn from both the sides- how is it for a person to go through all these and what we should be avoiding before commenting on anyone

this interview is so classless, getting more spice out of Masaba and cashing on her unconventional life...bastards it was not her choice. Why make her go through it and pick at the flaws which are not her making!! Her skin colour, calling her "illegitimate child" seriously. So glad to know that she is so sane, I would throw that tape recorder. And Sonam is so VAPID and SHALLOW nothing to offer... adding empty "oh no. oh my god" - so spoilt. Not insecure? Jeez coz you were sponged with it. No depth this girl has.

Ok, so Masaba is really intelligent and coherent with how she expresses it. Sonam keeps repeating - "patriarchal", "misogyny", regressive", these words everywhere. She wants to sound intelligent, but all we can hear is - blah blah blah. And finally someone had to tell Sonam to "dress down". I mean, she talks about being an "idol" for women and girls, but I have NEVER EVER embrace simplicity in real life. As for reel life, she has no choice but to go along with the vision of directors to suit the part! I wish Masaba was paired opposite someone of her calibre. And yes, eagerly waiting for Kangana and Naseer Ji's conversation.

Carolyne believe me it’s terrible, if you go to South you will blend in as most of them are dark but other part of India particularly the northern belt it’s not easy... in my family my brother and one cousin are just two shades darker than all of us and not a single day goes by when people don’t comment about it especially my sister saying who will marry her? And what not, I hope India changed but it’s not happening any time sooner... the favorite discussion of lazy aunties afternoon conversation is whose daughter is the prettiest the fairest, I’m so glad I don’t live there and my daughter who is a teenager now has become tanner because she plays lacrosse in her high school and my mother in law biggest worry is she is getting darker day by day and I’m not taking care of her skin... so my dear if you are not so sensitive and don’t care what people says and just want to experience the beautiful culture and exquisite food and places do visit India if not stay where you are loved and respected

Goldenrod 0070 I'm so sorry that you and your daughter are going through this. Here is Brazil we have a law that protects us against racist acts, so now we can say that our racism is covert - white people have more opportunities and are overly represented in media, but day by day these kind of sentences that you hear in your family are getting stranger. I'm glad that your daughter have you and I hope that she and everyone that is dark I'm you family can grow up learning how to love and accept themselves as the beautiful human beings that they are.

No chemistry between them whatsoever. And it didn't seem like they are hangout friends as there is so much of stress between them. Competing to impress each other. Masaba did relax a little but Sonam kept things too much on the edge throughout. Sonam you are an insecure person. Everyone is. Actually your dressing sense pointed exactly correct by Masaba (maybe slightly understating it) seems like to compensate something. And you say things which are correct maybe but very obvious and not very insightful. It seems like you want to say something brilliant everytime and you interrupt people thinking what you are saying needs to be said. Sometimes listen more and maybe you'll be able to develop really good opinion and people will actually wait for you to say something. Hopefully this reaches you cause I used 2 minutes of my time and it's difficult for you to believe but every person's time is equally important. Equal being the word of wisdom here. Sonam and Masaba both were the guests here but Sonam wanted the star treatment and that attention.
