Sir we use English because unfortunately Hindi is not the only mothertongue of whole India and yes we do understand that neither English is deciphered by many. But just because we use English doesn't mean that we don't respect our mother languages! I am weak at Hindi because I belong to a area were we 90%speak Marathi and English at schools So please don't judge us मी जर मराठीत बोललो तर मला माहीती आहे की अनेकांना इथे कळणार नाही, नाही का? 😁 We respect all languages and will make sure that our kids will learn in our mother languages.

That is why south indian states oppose the politicizing the hindi language in their region as mandatory, this is such a good example by sonam sir, that martubhasha is very very important as equal to mother's milk. lets make regional language as their mandatory as per region and second language can be hindi or english or other what tht state people prefer. I feel let people speak what language they want to. Let people follow what religion they want to. Let people follow culture how they want. No one should tell people to do this or do that. But along with that focus on development education, nature etc. Those who want to learn hindi are welcome. Those who want to speak english even they are welcome. Those who want tamil, kannada, marathi, bodo, meitei or whatever language they want should be welcomed. If we insist for national language and hindi, more hatred will grow and people will feel alienated. So let time heal the issue. Let people themselves decide what they want. I have seen some people who dont want their own mother tongue too so even they are welcome to do so. Just try to spread awareness about your language. If people feel then they will surely learn.
