Thank you! There's handful of differences. You can read what each Renderer does when you create a new composition and go to "3D Renderer".

Hey hey try selecting ur keyframes and go to the graphs right next to your timeline. u should see a curve. select the dots at the bottom and drag them towards each other.

can u help me, im sorry but in every projects u do when i try to recreate i cant add environement light, it absolutly does nothing even tho im in advanced 3D and cast shadow+receive shadow are ticked YES ?? i dont understand why its quite unsettling

That's very odd as it seems like you are doing everything correctly. You may need to increase the shadow box size. You can see how to do that at 4:46 in this tutorial. I'm not sure what else could be going wrong if that doesn't help.
