Dmitrii Sharaev performs a song composed by folk musician Bulgun Mandzhurakova in memory of the war hero Erdni Delikov. The song became popular among the Kalmyk folk singers. Erdni Delikov fought in The Great Patriotic War (World War II) and was the first Kalmyk soldier who gained the medal and title of Soviet Union Hero. He died during the battles against the Wehrmacht for the Don river.
