I love this song so much. I've always loved your music Bono because it has a true meaning to how we live our everyday lives. I think this song has a lot to do with what people experience everyday of every minute. Some people can see the light, some can't. Some people are far away from the calvary. I think that darkness is always trying to get the best of us. There is darkness and we all experience it everyday. When we see the light, I believe that healing can take place in our broken being and transform us to healthy being. We are all hurting but the beauty of it all is that we are all on this rough journey together. So as long as we all grow in connection with each other, that's all that matters. The light can't never go out so long as we keep walking in that faith everyday.

Wow! I’m speechless 😶. My dad passed Dec1, 2019. He came to visit me and told me how much he loved me n his grandson and 3 hours later he passed. Tonight I went to my patio n I was Reminiscing and praying about my dad and this bright light 💡 shine upon, which I captured video and this song came on my phone, I don’t have no music 🎶 on my iPhone 📱 because I refuse to pay for music. I may not have some romantic connection with this song but i do have a connection with it nonetheless. I was just in 5th grade when i figured out that i was leaving my home of 10 years, i was moving to a different state. I’ve been homesick for months. Then during summer break i went to an Open house to see the new school i would be attending, while in the car and being incredibly nervous i played some Mario Run and decided to listen to some music while i played (unfortunately i only had an Ipad at the time so i couldn’t really obtain much. But i do remember Apple Music being available) and then it happened, i heard this song and it genuinely made me feel like i was at home.
