I've really think this is "I have a lover" that the drama was so touching and super sad. That the boy really thougth she dosnt love his wife anymore cause she change her attitude since there child was died then he decided to divorce her cause they will be still unhappy if they were still together,and started a new life with his lover.Then when he heard she was died he was hurt and realize she was still in his heart, untill he saw her and want to get back together.Then they both realize they were still in love together and decided to be together of the rest of there life.(Maybe they will come back together,not today,not tomorow ,not yesterday, but soon.

Okay im just wondering that woman who is always with Kyo that I always see with her in her instagram too is she working for her or she's just her bestfriend who is always around her. I just find it strange since if im not mistaken this is their honeymoon? Second, i dont know much about their relationship and what went wrong but judging from what i read, they just dont have the same personality. Song Hye Kyo has this strong independent smart woman who has resolved and well the guy i dont know, i guess he just couldn't handle her. You can see it in their body language too. This type of women,only strong man can handle them, she has that "CEO" vibe in her, she's elegant graceful and reserved.
