It’s really amazing how he looks so different in each movie. I’ve been marathoning his movies for a month now, today I decided to watch a Korean movie starring other big Korean name for a change. Couldn’t help but think “Song Kang-Ho would have done it this way” or “This scene would have been more powerful if it’s performed by Song Kang-Ho”. He’s set an impossible bar for me.

I would argue that choi min sik and song kang ho are the best one does a memories of murder the other does an oldboy one does the good bad the weird the other does I saw the devil one does the taxidriver the other does forbidden dreams and the list goes on....choi min sik specialises in intensive style of acting,of course there r his subtle performances....but sang kang ho specializes in full subtlety and easy acting...me being an Indian would argue that the best I have seen are mohanlal kamal hassan in india choi and kang ho in korea al paccino gary oldman jack nicholson di caprio de niro in American cinema...
