I just completed your 6 songwriting videos. You are a musical genius with the skill of teaching, and I absolutely mean that. You just opened up the world of songwriting to me. I've written pieces of songs over the decades but had no clue as to what I was lacking to complete them into full fledged songs. No resource on KZbin was able to provide me with the answers until now. Thank you immensely. And kudos to your graphics that solidify the understanding. What an amazing job! You are killer.

He's streaming now, but I'll show him this after. He just referenced this video. Thank you.

I think your videos offer a deeper insight in every music theory topic than any of the channels that I have already been through. With the volume of videos I'm baffled to the low number of subs you have. This is next level stuff

Thank you, Anthony! I’ve thought the same thing. :) There’s much more to come here. Cheers.

Totally agree. If you use a single chord progression the melody need to move over the space of the notes of the scale. Also, It got me thinking about the rap music, those songs also use a single chord progression, I suppose that the continuos changes in the lyrics makes it not boring 🤔
